The trial was twice delayed, allowing him to play in the first four games, as Moore sought an injunction he won Wednesday.

Moore argued how much he made in name, image and likeness deals from Indiana and that he was told he'd lose his scholarship and may pay a portion of funds back if ruled ineligible.
