Longmont’s city manager, city attorney and municipal judge will each see their annual pay rise after the City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to set their salaries at 101% of the market rate.
The new compensation levels bring City Manager Harold Dominguez’s salary to $342,347, City Attorney Eugene Mei’s to $279,303, and Municipal Judge Robert Frick’s to $219,501.
The increases amount to $21,359 more for Dominguez, $7,190 for Mei and $4,124 for Frick. The council approved the adjustments during its regular session following an earlier, closed-door executive session where the compensation review was discussed in detail in relation to the employees’ performance.
