RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A beloved free music festival is returning to Richmond on Saturday, rain or shine.
The RVA East End Festival, a free music festival that supports music and arts programs at public schools in Richmond's East End, will take place from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27.
The schedule includes Grammy-nominated artists, the Richmond Symphony and more. Here's the full lineup: • Noon to 1 p.m.: The Richmond Police Community Band, performances by Richmond Public Schools students • 1:15 to 2 p.m.: Lenny Holmes, a Grammy-nominated guitarist, singer, producer and entertainer • 2:15 to 3 p.m.: James "Saxsmo" Gates, a 4-time Grammy-nominated jazz saxophonist • 3:15 to 3:45 p.m.: Keep It Movin' Line Dance Crew • 4 to 4:45 p.m.: The Dap Mallory Band, a versatile cove
