Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Chiefs (1-2) listed wide receiver Xavier Worthy as a full participant in Wednesday's practice, meaning he should be slated to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens (1-2). The WR had missed K.C.'s past two games because of a dislocated shoulder he suffered in a Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
