DANVILLE — Montour County Sheriff William Wilt and his deputies were on a hunt for extra chairs Wednesday evening as residents piled into the Montour County Administration Center for what is typically a quiet meeting.

Although it was not on the agenda for the Montour County Planning Commission to cover Wednesday, residents were adamant about discussing Talen Energy's request to rezone approximately 1,300 acres from agricultural and public/semi-public to industrial.
