The Hall of Fame building and surrounding parcels have been shuttered and stuck in legal limbo for months. Two redevelopment plans exist – one for healthcare, another for recreation – but a decades-old legal restriction could block both.
World Golf Village was once the centerpiece of a $300 million vision – a global golf destination combining golf, entertainment, and tourism. Now, the Hall of Fame building and many surrounding parcels sit empty.
