Iowa State football will be without several players as it hosts a conference opponent at home for the first time during the 2025 season.

The No. 13 Cyclones (4-0, 1-0 in Big 12 play) will be without 10 players when they host Arizona (3-0) on Saturday, Sept. 27 in a Week 5 matchup, according to the Big 12 player availability report released on Wednesday, Sept. 24. Two other Iowa State players are listed as questionable on the report, and another is listed as doubtful. Five Cyclones players are listed as "probable."
