CONWAY, Ark. – Many Conway women said they are uncomfortable visiting local parks and trails because of one man who has allegedly been preying on them for the last four years.
Andrea Andrews has been advocating for women about this since 2021.
"If someone is at a walking trail here in town, he'll follow them from beginning to end while they're there, and that's scary as a woman alone," Andrews said.
Police were first alerted about Brian Reams in 2021. Many of the women said that Reams, who has no arms, would ask them to hug him and to see their feet.
He would also make inappropriate comments and continue to follow them when he was ignored or rejected. For some, like Robyn White, the harassment escalated.
