LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Last year, the City of Little Rock completed a first-of-its-kind master plan for downtown.

After hearing from the public and receiving feedback, the city identified some areas downtown that are part of the plan to renovate and introduce new amenities to the city.

"It’s everyone’s neighborhood." That’s how the Downtown Little Rock Partnership describes downtown. And through the master plan unveiled this past weekend, they hope to bring more amenities to the city.

“This is a very realistic and, I mean, we are working towards this. And so, this is going to completely change downtown. It's going to completely change the river market,” Kyle Leyenberger, the Executive Director of the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, said.
