As we sort out the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I have a few observations. There have been political targets from both the progressive and conservative sides, but that’s where the similarities end. Kirk’s sweet spot was open dialogue and debate on college campuses with those who disagreed. One side is open to debate and discussions, and one side isn’t.

Trump and Vance both did three hours on Joe Rogan and dozens of other open discussions before the election while Harris and Biden hid. AOC famously has not done one tough interview in her six years. I’ve heard at least five moderate podcast hosts say the same thing: “We can’t get liberal and progressive guests to come on our shows.”
