TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A man is facing attempted second-degree murder charges after a shooting outside a bar on the southeast side of Tucson.

Adam Bustamante Jr. appeared in court on Monday. He is accused of shooting another man outside a bar near Drexel Road and Palo Verde Road on Saturday.

According to court documents, a verbal altercation led to Bustamante using pepper spray and firing three shots, hitting the victim in the abdomen.

The victim was taken to the hospital, and police arrested Bustamante on the same day.
