JONESBORO — A man serving in the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Va. is facing a rape charge in Jonesboro after police said he sexually assaulted a child earlier this year.

Brandon Moore, 25, of Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested Sept. 23 after being brought back to Jonesboro by U.S. Marshals.
