Knight Frank India, in its latest report, noted that Pune registered 13,253 property transactions in August 2025 generating INR 485 crore in stamp duty revenue for the month. While property registrations volumes recorded a modest 3% YoY decline while stamp duty collections declined by 19% YoY in the same period.
