The Delhi High Court on Wednesday adjourned a plea by Priya Kapur, widow of the late businessman Sanjay Kapur, who had sought permission to file a list of his personal assets and liabilities in a sealed cover. The matter was listed before Justice Jyoti Singh.

The application was filed as part of the ongoing inheritance dispute involving Karishma Kapoor’s children, who are claiming a share in their late father’s personal assets.

Priya Kapur’s counsel, Senior Advocate Shyel Trehan, argued that the asset details include sensitive financial information, the disclosure of which in the public domain could cause irreparable harm.
