Buchholz and Columbia are halfway through their regular season. Yet, in many ways, their seasons – at least the regular one – come down to this Friday.

The Bobcats and Tigers each ranked in the top 25 in Florida, but they’ll face the fellow top 25 squads. Buchholz holds the easier draw – as Class 6A-Region 1’s top team and at home vs. the region’s No. 2 team Nease. Columbia, Class 4A-Region 1’s No. 3 team, travels to St. Augustine – the region’s No. 1 team and sixth-ranked in the state.
