BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are asking for your help to find a missing woman who may need medical help.

Police say 78-year-old Barbara Phillips was last seen walking at Gates circle around 4:30 yesterday afternoon.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, jeans and dark shoes.
