In this week's Swampcast, the Sun's Kevin Brockway, Andrew Abadie and Noah Ram break down the state of Florida football heading into the bye week and whether it's past time to pull the plug on the Billy Napier regime as head coach.

The Florida Gators (1-3, 0-1 SEC) are lost on offense in year four under Napier, with just three touchdowns scored in their last three games. Florida starting quarterback DJ Lagway enters the open week with a quarterback rating of 47.4, which ranks 90th out of 135th FBS quarterbacks.

Still, Napier said he intends to hold onto the play-calling heading into UF's return to The Swamp on Oct. 4 against No. 7 Texas.

"At this point, it's the hill you are going to die on," Abadie said. "More than likely it's ego and pride at this point."
