Greater Noida: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called for boosting indigenous production across sectors, saying the government stands shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders. He added that India must focus strongly on becoming a ‘Swadeshi’ economy in the journey ahead.

Addressing a gathering in Greater Noida, where he inaugurated the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2025, PM Modi said that the government has done away with several unnecessary compliances to enable businesses to thrive in India.
