Rob Halford, the lead singer for the legendary heavy metal band Judas Priest, announced recently that he has married his longtime partner.

Halford, 74, said during an appearance on the podcast “Queer the Music” that he married his partner Thomas in a “very simple ceremony” about one year ago.

The decision to get married was a surprise for Halford, who said his partner had been resistant, according to consequence.net . The couple have been together for more than 30 years.
