The latest chapter in what is now the lengthy tome on the "Settlers Green" housing development proposed for the old Bettencourt Farm on Kinnicutt Avenue was written Monday evening, Sept. 22, at the Warren Planning Board meeting.
It was another rather time-consuming gathering that ended on a somewhat terse tone as members continued to deal with the voluminous amount of information being put forth by both the applicant, Last Ever Realty LLC, and those opposed to the project, led by the community advocacy group Warren Citizens for Appropriate Development.
