ST. LOUIS - Well, it was a lovely visit, but rain chances are on the way out. Our storm system is pulling away to the east this Thursday morning taking the last of the spotty showers and clouds away with it.
A quiet, dry stretch of weather returns as a bit of a block sets up in the atmosphere. Thursday will be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid to upper 70s. We’ll wake up on Friday in the 50s.

High temperatures gradually get warmer through the weekend, with mid 80s forecast for early next week. That’s 7-10 degrees above average. However, we should be able to cool off pretty nicely during the overnight hours.
There will be no rain for the next 5 to 7 days.
