CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KCRG) - The Cedar Falls Police Department says a juvenile suspect was arrested following a chase early Thursday morning that ended on the University of Northern Iowa campus.
In a press release, the department said at 12:41 a.m. officers found a suspicious vehicle near Cedar Ridge Christian School on Division Street. Officers attempted a traffic stop, but the driver fled, leading to a pursuit.
Police say the suspect’s vehicle eventually came to a stop in the C lot off 22nd Street on the UNI campus.
The suspect, a juvenile male, has been referred to juvenile court for charges including 2nd Degree Theft, Eluding, and Reckless Driving.
