A bombshell video was released Wednesday on which a senior Justice Department official involved in the government's case on the late Jeffrey Epstein said that President Donald Trump is covering up the elusive files, the Daily Beast reports.
"James O’Keefe, who as the leader of the conservative group Project Veritas used theatrical stunts, undercover stings and other deceptive tactics in efforts to inflict embarrassment and charges of hypocrisy and wrongdoing on perceived liberal enemies in politics and the media," according to the New York Times, published the hidden-camera tape of Glenn Prager, a career federal official, making explosive claims on a flight from Phoneix to Washington, D.C. earlier this month.
The reporter was working for O’Keefe—who was forced out of Project Veritas in "a MAGA civil war," the Daily Beast said.
“I’ve interviewed all the victims,” Prager allegedly said on the video. “There’s never been an instance where Trump was on a plane with these kids and the rapes occurred," he said.
However, Prager said, he does believe Trump is guilty of a major cover-up.
“I don’t know what’s new that I have never seen,” Prager said. “He’s so hesitant to show what’s going on with releasing all his files. I think he’s protecting a lot of other people.”
