Race Across the World couple Zainib and Mobeen announced that they welcomed their first child after their eight-year fertility journey.

Zainib and Mobeen first appeared on viewers screens back in 2023 when they competed in BBC's Race Across the World. They just missed out on the £20,000 cash prize as they finished as runner-ups.

After meeting at Glasgow University in 2010, the pair decided to move to Manchester to start their life together.

During their time on the show, the couple opened up about their now eight-year battle with infertility and have grown an online community of those relating to their struggles.

Taking to their Instagram on Thursday (September 25), they shared a "trigger warning" for followers before announcing that their third IVF transfer was a success.
