An 87-year-old great-grandmother has embarked on a 30-mile cycling mission to highlight a Scottish charity which helps feed starving youngsters in some of the world's most impoverished regions. ‌

Age proved no obstacle for Ellison Hudson, from Bridge of Allan , who has accomplished the remarkable 30-mile tricycle feat in aid of international school feeding charity, Mary's Meals . ‌

It represents the third challenge Ellison has undertaken for the organisation, having previously completed rides in 2018 and 2022. ‌

This year, the determined great-grandmother was keen to maintain her impressive record by conquering an amazing 30 miles across three days around Stirling University's racetrack, all to highlight the plight of hungry youngsters.
