India made a sensational start at the ISSF Junior World Cup 2025, held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges, by bagging five medals on the opening day.

The standout performance came in the women’s 50m rifle prone event, where India swept the podium.

Fresh off her junior gold at the Asian Championships in Kazakhstan, Anushka Thokur continued her winning streak, claiming gold with a score of 621.6. Anshika (18) secured silver with 619.2, while Aadhya Agrawal (20) took bronze with 615.9 in the non-Olympic discipline.
