Glottis Limited’s IPO to open on September 29 September 25, 2025

Ahmedabad, September 25, 2025: Glottis Limited proposes to open an initial public offering (IPO) of its equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each on Monday, September 29, 2025. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is one working day prior to the bid/offer opening date, i.e., Friday, September 26, 2025. The Bid/Offer Closing Date is Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the company announced today.

As per an official release of the company, “The price band of the offer has been fixed from ₹120 per equity share of face value ₹2 each to ₹129 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. Bids can be made for a minimum of 114 equity shares of face value ₹2 each and in multiples of 114 equity shares thereafter.”
