NEW MILFORD, New Jersey (WABC) -- Police in Bergen County are investigating a homicide in New Milford.

Officers responded to a home on River Road near River Edge Avenue just before 3 a.m. for a welfare check.

Once inside, police found two men, one of which had been stabbed multiple times.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Details on the condition of the other man are not yet known.

So far, there are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
