SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4) — Happy Friday Eve, Utah! Today brings a mixed bag of weather with flash flood potential for some and picture-perfect weather for others.

Most valleys will have daytime highs in the low to mid 80s, higher terrain in the 70s to low 80s, and Washington County should top out in the low to mid 90s. Northern and eastern Utah will enjoy sunny skies for Thursday. Initially, the southwest will have fairly pleasant conditions, but a surge of moisture brings showers and thunderstorms by the late afternoon and evening hours.
