NORMAN — Bixby’s Kaeden Penny, a four-star offensive line prospect in the class of 2027, announced his commitment to OU on Thursday.
The 6-foot-4, 280-pounder chose the Sooners over Ohio State and LSU.
Penny is ranked the No. 2 player in Oklahoma, the No. 3 interior offensive lineman in the nation and the No. 45 overall player in the country for 2027, per the 247Sports Composite ratings.
Penny has also played on the interior defensive line for Bixby, and recorded 18 tackles, two sacks and seven hurries as a sophomore while helping Bixby to the Class 6A-I state title.
