Further details about the circumstances of Sophia Hutchins’ sudden death at age 29 have come to light.

Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner’s friend and manager, did not have any alcohol or drugs in her system at the time of her fatal ATV crash, according to a recent medical examiner’s report obtained by Us Weekly. TMZ outlet further reported on Thursday, September 25, that Hutchins’ autopsy confirmed there were no benzodiazepines, an anti-anxiety medication, in her system despite an initial test allegedly finding the opposite.
