The rumor mill may get hot to the touch, but Brooklyn Beckham is keeping his cool.
The former photographer and model, son of soccer icon David Beckham and Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham, seemingly weighed in on past media speculation about a family feud in an interview with the Daily Mail published Wednesday, Sept. 24.
"There's always going to be people saying negative things, but I have a very supportive wife," Beckham, 26, said of spouse Nicola Peltz. "Me and her, we just do our thing. We just keep our heads down and work. And we're happy."
Since Beckham and Peltz married in April 2022, rumors have circulated about the state of their relationship with the Beckham clan, from scrutiny of the couple's absence from family functions to alleged tensions with Beckham's younger brother, Romeo.
While Beckham refrained from commenting directly on the possibility of a feud, he told the British outlet that he "never" concerns himself with celebrity gossip.
"Everyone is always going to say rubbish," said Beckham, who was attending the Ryder Cup celebrity golf tournament. "I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It's good fun."
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Beckham for comment.
David and Victoria Beckham seemingly absent from son Brooklyn's vow renewal ceremony
In August, Beckham and Peltz revealed they renewed their marital vows in a sentimental ceremony, three years following their Palm Beach, Florida, wedding.
The couple gushed about the event in their respective Instagram posts, with Beckham celebrating Peltz as "Forever my girl." However, despite the couple's romantic bliss, a pair of key faces was seemingly missing from the wedding party.
Brooklyn's parents, David and Victoria Beckham, didn't appear in photos of the vow renewal ceremony shared by the couple. USA TODAY reached out to the Beckhams for comment at the time.
David and Victoria Beckham attended their son's 2022 wedding, and following the nuptials, both shared posts welcoming his new bride, Peltz, to the family.
In the days before the vow renewal, Victoria Beckham shared European vacation photos showing the family – David, Victoria and Brooklyn's siblings Cruz, Harper and Romeo – enjoying time together on a yacht and at a French truffle restaurant.
Brooklyn Beckham's parents David, Victoria share touching tributes amid alleged feud
Family feud or not, David and Victoria Beckham are presenting a united front.
In December, Victoria Beckham shared a series of family photos celebrating the Christmas holiday on social media. Both her son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife, Peltz, were featured in the Instagram post.
"Being together for the holidays makes me so happy xxxx I love you all so much," Victoria Beckham wrote in the post's caption, to which Peltz replied: "I love you all so much!! "
Similarly, David Beckham paid tribute to Brooklyn and the rest of his siblings in a touching Father's Day post in June, writing that his "most important and favorite job in life is being a dad."
"I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy (sorry boys) tells you every single day, I will always be here for you no matter what," David Beckham continued. "I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.. "
