ANDERSON, Ind. -- An Anderson man was arrested after police say he met with someone he thought was a 14-year-old for sex, but was actually an adult woman.

According to court documents recently filed in Madison County, 34-year-old Nicholas Garcia was charged with one count of child solicitation, a Level 4 felony.

On Tuesday evening, officers were dispatched to a restaurant near the intersection of 29th Street and Main Street on a report of a "possible child soliciter."

When officers arrived, they spoke with a woman who was reportedly "portraying a 14-year-old" on a mobile application. The woman, posing as the teen, was speaking with a man on the application later identified as Garcia.
