The Uttarakhand government has suspended two officials including a sector magistrate and an assistant professor along with two police personnel in the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) graduate-level exam paper leak case. The sector magistrate Kailash Nath Tiwari and the assistant professor Suman were suspended earlier for their role in the incident.

The Haridwar senior superintendent of police Pramendra Dobal suspended sub-inspector Rohit Kumar and police constable Brahmdatt Joshi. Both were posted at Adarsh Bal Sadan Inter College, Bahadurpur Jat in Haridwar, where the main accused Khalid Malik was appearing for the examination.
