ALLEN PARK -- Terrion Arnold has had a rough few weeks to start his 2025 campaign.

Still, from coach Dan Campbell to defensive coordinator Kelvin Sheppard, the Detroit Lions coaching staff isn’t down and out on the second-year defender.

During a recent appearance on 97.1 The Ticket , Campbell hinted they may mix in veteran cornerback Amik Robertson alongside D.J. Reed. This move could cut into Arnold’s snaps. Speaking with reporters Thursday, Sheppard backed Campbell’s comments and emphasized Robertson’s role was earned, not a reflection of Arnold’s struggles.
