Derek McInnes was pictured watching from the stand as Falkirk drew 2-2 with Hibs and midweek and he declared: “They have looked like a Premier League team for the last 15 months.”

The pair clash at Tynecastle on Saturday (kick-off 15.00) in the William Hill Premiership and defender Christian Borchgrevink is available for selection after injury, but Frankie Kent is expected to miss the next few weeks.

McInnes (pictured) told Hearts TV: “We’re only a few games into the season and you only get a real flavour of where you are after the first couple of rounds of fixtures.

“We need to knuckle down and get on with the job.”
