DUBLIN — A San Ramon man has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly firing at the same motorist twice over two days, with both incidents involving road rage, according to police.
Richo Olive Crouch Richardson III, 19, was charged with attempted murder, shooting at an occupied car and carrying a loaded firearm in public, court records show. He is being held without bail at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin and pleaded not guilty.
A preliminary hearing is set for October, court records show.
