MORGAN CITY, La. (KLFY) -- A Morgan City man has been arrested after leading police on a chase through the city Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Cesar Lozano-Flores, 52, of Morgan City is charged with the following: • Possession with intent to distribute cocaine • Possession of drugs in a drug-free zone • Obstruction of justice • Illegal use of drugs in presence of persons under 17 • Transactions involving proceeds from drugs sales • Possession of drug paraphernalia • Aggravated flight from an officer • Aggravated obstruction of a highway • Fugitive from Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Morgan City Police assisted the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Immigration and Customs Enforcement in an attempt to locate and detain Lozano-
