Update: The Vancouver Police Department said Thursday morning that Eva Sanchez was located and safe.

The Vancouver Police Department is seeking help locating a 13-year-old girl who went missing Wednesday afternoon.

Eva Sanchez was last seen in the 3100 block of Main Street, police said.

Police described her as thin, with long, dark brown hair. She has an unspecified medical condition, according to a news release.
