Toronto Raptors legend Kyle Lowry has started his career as an NBA broadcaster, but he’ll still be on the hardcourt this upcoming season.
The 39-year-old has not retired from the sport and plans on playing in his 20th NBA season with the Philadelphia 76ers this year. That hasn’t stopped him from dipping his toe in a broadcasting career, as Lowry has officially been hired by Prime Video and will appear on broadcasts this season.
Lowry will appear on select NBA on Prime broadcasts while continuing to play with the 76ers. The streaming giant revealed that it had signed the former Raptors point guard to a multi-year deal and plans on giving Lowry increased responsibility in the coming years, probably once he decides to retire.
