Sister Wives star Kody Brown used his time on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test to share some of his wisdom on how men compare to women.

In Us Weekly‘s exclusive clip from the Thursday, September 25, episode of the hit Fox series, Kody opens up about his strategy for making it as far as possible in the competition.

“I am going to say this at the risk of sounding sexist,” he says in a confessional. “I think men want to be respected and women want to be loved. I don’t care if you love me, but I care if you respect me.”
