Pakistan’s left-handed batter Saim Ayub made an unwanted record by matching the highest number of zeroes (ducks) in T20 internationals in a single year. The 23-year-old from Karachi had already scored three ducks in Pakistan’s Group A games during the Asia Cup 2025. On Thursday (September 25) in Dubai, he was dismissed again without scoring, this time after facing just three balls against Bangladesh.
Saim Ayub has been dismissed for zero six times in 20 T20I games in 2025. So far, no other player in the world has more ducks in a single year than him.
