Ricky Hatton’s devastated manager has said he was filled with "shock and confusion" after discovering the boxer had died.

Paul Speak – who had worked with the former world champion for almost 30 years – found his friend dead at his Greater Manchester home earlier this month

The boxing icon was found dead at his home in Gee Cross, Hyde , on Sunday, September 14, aged 46.

The Manchester Evening News has joined forces with the Daily Star in a campaign to continue Ricky Hatton's legacy regarding men's mental health. Following his death we're we're raising funds for Andy's Man Club and the Campaign Against Living Miserably , two charities that were very close to the former world champion's heart.
