H.S. FOOTBALL: Batavia's Stevens, Mruczek, L/P/W's Merrit, O-A/E's Lyons, Avon's Chase win Sec. V POTW

Five GLOW region football players were honored in Week 3 for their performances as Sextion V players of the week. Batavia's Will Stevens and Lakoda Mruczek won the Class B Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week respectively, Letchworth/Perry/Warsaw's Brayden Merritt earned the Class C Offensive Player of the Week and in Class Oakfield-Alabama/Elba's Noah Lyons won the Offensive Player of the Week and Avon's James Chase took home the Defensive Player of the Week.

Batavia's led the way, sweeping the Class B honors after a dominating homecoming win. Stevenswas honored after posting a nearly flawless night in a win over Cleveland Hill.
