Megan L. Aldinger was born June 26, 1967 in Cheektowaga, N.Y., to the late Linda (nee Stephan) Aldinger and late Nelson James Aldinger. She is survived by sister, Janiece Marie Aldinger (spouse Tim Clavin); brother, Thomas Nelson Aldinger (spouse Andrea Aldinger); and nephews, Tyler and Tristan Aldinger; niece, Emma Clavin; and great-niece, Amora Aldinger.

Megan grew up with her family in the country and enjoyed riding and training her horse, Star. She attended Alfred University and completed degree in Secretarial science. Her career as legal secretary highlighted her proficient skills in shorthand and typing as well as her keen ability to connect with people.
