SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - A recently released report shows growth for public schools in the Sioux City Community School District.

The Iowa School Performance Profiles are rating lists issued by the Iowa Department of Education.

This report is the first under the community school district’s new superintendent, Dr. Juan Córdova , after the district’s previous superintendent, Dr. Rod Earlywine , retired at the end of the 2024 school year.

The community school district includes 21 public education buildings, according to its website.

Excluding Clark Early Childhood Center and the Sioux City Career Academy, 19 public schools in the Sioux City Community School District were ranked on the statewide Iowa School Performance Profiles.
