AUGUSTA, Maine — Maine voters can now access a state-issued guide on the two referendum questions appearing in November.
Secretary of State Shenna Bellows announced Thursday that the 2025 Citizens' Guide to the Referendum Election is now available online . Printed copies are also being distributed to town offices and public libraries across the state.
Prepared by the Department of the Secretary of State with help from the attorney general, state treasurer, and Office of Fiscal and Program Review, the guide is designed as a nonpartisan review of the two questions voters will decide on Nov. 4.
