The Saskatchewan Roughriders will look to move one step closer to clinching a home playoff game this weekend.

On Saturday (5 p.m., TSN) in Week 17 of the CFL season, the Roughriders (10-3) will visit the Edmonton Elks (5-9) for the second time this season.

Back in Week 8, the Roughriders won 21-18 at Mosaic Stadium. Last week, while Saskatchewan was on a bye the Elks dropped a 29-27 decision against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

“This is the time of the year that we’re all talking about throughout all year — building to be the team that we need to be,” said Roughriders quarterback Trevor Harris. “But this final stretch is the stretch. This is where we need to start playing our best football and start trending toward who we who we want to be as a team.

“And I expect us to.”
