Metro Boomin has been acquitted of sexual assault charges following a three-day trial .
On Thursday, September 25, a jury in Los Angeles found the Grammy Award-winning producer is not liable in his civil lawsuit after jurors reached a verdict within a few hours. The lawsuit was brought by Vanessa LeMaistre eight years after he allegedly raped her in a hotel room following a studio session. LeMaistre testified that she passed out in his studio after she took a shot of alcohol and popped half a tab of Xanax. She alleged that she woke to the producer raping her in a completely different location.
LeMaistre claimed that she got pregnant after the ordeal and got an abortion. She didn't tell anyone about the incident until after she participated in an ayahuasca ceremony in Peru last year
