PHOENIX – A Silver Alert for a Native American woman who went missing in Phoenix last week was canceled Thursday after she was found safe, authorities said.

The alert for 23-year-old Liberty Nicole Salazar was issued on Monday. At the time, she hadn’t been seen since last Thursday in a neighborhood near Seventh Street and Union Hills Drive. She was wearing a black shirt, black leggings and white Converse shoes.

Salazar is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She has a condition that can cause her to become disoriented and easily lost if she doesn’t have her prescribed medication, authorities said.

No details about she was located were made available.
